What You'll Do: 
As a Senior Account Manager – Beauty & Home, IME, you would be delivering sustainable growth for Beauty and Home Care business in India & Middle East by leading the sales team for the region. You will be accountable for delivering on the business plans and bring our customer value proposition to life.

 

What We're Looking For:
•    Deliver budgeted sales growth & Material margin for the territory of India & Middle east region for Beauty and home segment. 
•    Identify new business opportunities and building opportunity pipeline to deliver business growth. Grow Lubrizol business with focus on key accounts, protecting the core business, identifying and developing new opportunities through collaboration and Innovation.
•    Develop sales team and equip them with necessary skills & sales techniques to deliver success for the region while delegating effectively 
•    Commercial Strategy development & execution in the region with focus on sales strategy, customer acquisition & business protection along with competition mapping.
•    Deliver on Commercial Excellence with focus on strategic account management and commercial process improvement. Ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.
•    Gain understanding on key customer strategies and needs to offer suitable solutions by aligning with Lubrizol strategies and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Develop, implement and communicate key account plans on periodic basis. 
•    Manage and support distributor teams in the region to deliver business growth targets 
•    Analyze the product lines, profitability, while understanding market needs and product differentiation to maximize value of the product line. Collaborate with Global PM teams.
•    Demonstrate strong technical expertise for promotion of functional as well actives product portfolio and Beauty & home formulation understanding to analyze customer need gaps and collaborate for solutions. 
•    Collaborate and effectively communicate with internal teams of global leadership, marketing, global product management, technical and supply chain.
•    Budget and forecast accurately to assist supply chain team to manage inventory and making sure timely delivery to customers
•    Effectively use various Sales Management Tools including CRM, PPMP, Pricing, Forecasting and market research.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.E./ B.Tech.) in chemical, cosmetics or related science
•    Masters/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management would be added advantage.
•    10 years of professional sales experience in Personal & Home care Industry and strong connect with customers in India & Middle East. 
•    Strong knowledge of Personal and Home care market
•    Strategic thinking and business acumen skills. 
•    Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 
•    Excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong drive for results.
•    Demonstrated successes in implementing new product, solution, technology and value selling programs.
•    Open to travel
