What You'll Do: 

As a Senior Manager - Project / Program Management, you will be part of the IMEA leadership group and responsible for large multi-million capex projects / programs to be implemented as per project timelines and take end to end accountabilities for all the functions to be ready to implement all processes and policies. The role will involve travel to project site extensively and also partnering with global and regional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the project. The rôle holder will review, provide direction, create strategies that ensures timely closure of project milestones in accordance with company policies contractual agreements, quality standards, Health safety and Environmental requirements, financial targets as well as scheduled commitments. The rôle holder would support the organization in process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution. . The rôle holder will have a matrix reporting globally and also have team members to support the project in a matrix format. 

What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):  
•    Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing the project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and controlling activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. 
•    Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization
•    Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost expenses and cash flows 
•    Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, enduring contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the stakeholders internally and externally. 
•    Procuring all required services as per internal procurement policy that includes material services, equipments from external suppliers, including supporting negotiations on technical front and also on claims and project changes. 
•    Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the key contact for the supplier and an escalation point for the project issues. 
•    Senior leader who typically manages teams led by Sr Managers and managers. May be country sub function head. 
•    Living Lubrizol’s core values, which means by taking responsibility for self while caring for your colleagues and the business. 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Bachelors / Masters in Engineering. Chemical industry preferred.  
•    Ownership of short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with organizations objectives. 
•    Interacts with Senior executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization. 
•    Should have hands on project experience of setting up large multi-million dollar capex programs of complex nature. 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to provide Leadership to teams, and project manage. 
•    Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 
•    Proven track record in managing large projects. 
•    Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with diverse functions and teams. 
•    Passionate and proactive: Driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
