What You'll Do: 
As a Regional Total Rewards Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving Total Rewarsd. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. 
In this role, you will be the regional focal point in IMEA for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) with focuses on programs and tools to support talent attraction, motivation, and retention in line with the Global Total Rewards strategy, ensuring our practices are consistent, fair and aligned to regional strategy/markets

 

What We're Looking For:
General:

•    Coordinate, develop and maintain C&B management policies and processes in IMEA, ensuring the alignment with global policies and processes and meeting regional/country market needs.
•    Act as consultant on C&B matters with HR Business Partners, local HR Teams and local Talent Acquisition Teams.
•    Ensure that all schemes and programs are administered in line with local legislation and corporate policy.
 

Compensation:
•    With the guidance of global compensation, initiate the annual review of country salary structures, with the support from local HR teams, to ensure pay competitiveness for each country.
•    Drive compensation program implementation for the region in coordination with global and regional HR.
•    Ensure regional competitive compensation by selecting and ensuring participation in third party salary surveys working with Global Compensation.
 

Benefits: 
•    Act as a regional benefits expert and contact person in IMEA.
•    Actively participate in global benefits projects to provide regional insights and coordination.
•    Maintain general knowledge of country benefits and programs including important renewal dates and legislative changes.
•    Support benefit change process including stakeholder engagement and adherence to global benefits governance. 
•    Coordinate and execute benefit and car surveys according to global calendar or as needed to meet business needs. 
•    Ensure maintenance  of global benefits database for the region and provide general system management support for the Global Benefits team.
 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar with understanding of local labor laws and regulations. 
•    10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years of HR experience at a professional level in Total Rewards (Compensation / Benefits).
•    Ability to work independently and to build good working relationships.
•    Excellent analytical skills, including high level spreadsheet capabilities (Excel); 
•    An understanding of different types of compensation and benefits programs
•    Good networking and researching skills – the ability to explore alternative approaches, gather market data, and present well-reasoned proposals to senior stakeholders
•    Strong Financial acumen
•    Experience of collaboration with geographically diverse teams
