IMEA Payroll Specialist

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, or Darwin box.
• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian social security regulations and taxation laws.
