Summary of the Role:

The Purpose of this role is expected to ensure tax compliances without violating indirect tax laws provisions and support all the Indirect tax activities related to GST of LZAM India and LZ GCC Company.  


Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  

  • Ensure Timely payment of GST liability and Protect input tax credit by Coordinating with Procurement dept. for timely receipt of invoices.
  • Ensure tax compliance are made in timely manner by Filling of all GST Returns: Monthly and Annual for all Registrations.
  • Monthly Reconciliation of GSTR 2B as uploaded by Vendors with Company’s Purchase register.
  • Accounting of GST Input & Output tax related entries in SAP.
  • Coordination with Auditors for providing information as required for various audits.
  • Support during any GST Audit and Assessments.
  • Be proactive to keep himself updated with changes in GST laws, Interpret changes as it impacts to the company and inform to the Supervisor and stakeholders so that necessary action can be taken.
  • Explore opportunities to automate GST process in SAP and Outside SAP

Requirements (education, experience, competencies, and specific job requirements):

  • Commerce Graduate (B.Com.)
  • Experience manufacturing Industry is must
  • Previous work experience of 8 years
  • Up to date with respect to GST regulations
