What Will Be Your Environment:

The Loveland, CO location, as part of our Advanced Materials division, goes beyond traditional 3D printing service providers by partnering with you toward the best solutions for your product design, rapid prototyping, and additive manufacturing (3D printing) needs. We are an ISO 90001:2015 Certified facility with about 25 employees. We are located about an hour north of Denver, CO in a new high-performance facility!

 

What You'll Do:

  • Record journal entries as part of the monthly close.
  • Perform account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Issue rebills for intercompany transactions and complete intercompany reconciliations involving global entities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of balance sheet and P&L with commentary as required. Complete all reporting requirements for month, quarter and year-end close.
  • Issue customer invoicing and billing statements. Conduct aging review of accounts receivable and ensure accurate bad debt reserve.
  • Ensure payments are made in a timely manner for vendor invoices. Process payments for sales tax as well as property taxes.
  • Administer payroll processing.
  • Oversee office admin tasks, including but not limited to: ordering supplies, handling mail, employee onboarding, organizing meetings/conferences and planning special events, etc.
  • Participate in the annual budget process.
  • Stay in compliance with internal control requirements.
  • Work on special projects or other duties as assigned.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience improving processes and procedures.
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
