Logistics Intern

Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Generate and Analyze Logistics KPIs:
   Prepare monthly logistics performance reports. Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

2. Drive Process Optimization through Data Analysis:
   Utilize data and process analysis to propose strategic and operational improvements. Focus on enhancing logistics efficiency and resilience through automation and digital transformation initiatives.

3. Support Project Implementation:
   Actively participate in the execution of global and regional logistics projects. Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives.

4. Redesign Logistics Processes for Australia:
   Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to review and redesign logistics workflows and ownership structures specific to the Australian market.

5. Operational Support:
   Provide support for daily logistics operations, especially during the absence of team members, ensuring business continuity and service quality.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree/diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Analytical IT skills such as Power BI, SQL, Python are preferred. 
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
