Job Title:  Account Manager, Life Sciences Beauty and Home, SEA

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for achieving targets for sales revenue, volume, material margin and gross profit for specific Southeast Asian countries for Skin Care, Hair Care and Bath & Shower ingredients as well as Brand Accelerator products
  • Manage global accounts, regional accounts, direct accounts, and distributors
    • Global Accounts:
      • Interact with global and other sub-regional team to ensure projects are executed in SEA smoothly.
      • Coordinate regional pricing with global team
      • Support their supply requirements, regional projects development, new concepts and products introduction and follow up with their purchase orders and payments
      • Establish sales contract
    • Regional Account:
      • Develop, negotiate and administer supply agreements
      • Support their supply requirements, regional projects development, new concepts and products introduction and follow up with their purchase orders and payments
      • Share trends update, customer visits to identify business opportunities
    • Direct Accounts:
      • Develop, negotiate and administer supply agreements
      • Support their supply requirements, project development, new concepts and products introduction, price negotiation and follow up with their purchase orders and payments
      • Share trends update, customer visits to identify business opportunities
    • Distributors: 
      • Grow sales in regional and local customers, support product development, provide technical support, sample request and handle rebate agreement
      • Organize and conduct customer seminars / workshops in each region yearly
      • Foster a solutions-based, value selling culture and continue driving mindset transition from selling products to selling solutions
  • Identify customers for Brand Accelerator business opportunities
  • Handle product quality issues for all global accounts, regional accounts, direct accounts
  • Establish collaborative relationships with key customers and develop key customer plans to better engagement for more business
  • Identify, assess and secure new sales opportunities from customers to grow project pipelines to support future growth
  • Management of price increases to support business growth and achieve target UOI
