In this role, you will lead the global Nutraceuticals business with full P&L responsibility, shaping and executing a global growth strategy aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives. You will drive commercial excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth while building strong market presence and high-performing teams across regions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and execute a global business strategy and roadmap aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives
- Own full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets
- Drive global innovation with marketing, technical, and product teams to build a strong commercial pipeline
- Lead global pricing strategies and demand forecasting to achieve financial objectives
- Leverage market, customer, and competitive intelligence to maintain competitive advantage
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders globally
- Collaborate with regional teams to track pipeline performance and report business metrics
- Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on delivering customer-centric solutions
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Advanced degree in Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in nutraceutical actives or related markets
- Proven track record of P&L leadership and executing global business strategies
- Strong global network and deep understanding of nutraceutical markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
