In this role, you will lead the global Nutraceuticals business with full P&L responsibility, shaping and executing a global growth strategy aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives. You will drive commercial excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth while building strong market presence and high-performing teams across regions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Define and execute a global business strategy and roadmap aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives
  • Own full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets
  • Drive global innovation with marketing, technical, and product teams to build a strong commercial pipeline
  • Lead global pricing strategies and demand forecasting to achieve financial objectives
  • Leverage market, customer, and competitive intelligence to maintain competitive advantage
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders globally
  • Collaborate with regional teams to track pipeline performance and report business metrics
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on delivering customer-centric solutions

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Advanced degree in Nutraceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in nutraceutical actives or related markets
  • Proven track record of P&L leadership and executing global business strategies
  • Strong global network and deep understanding of nutraceutical markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
