Through driving new specifications and conversions with builders and plumbing contractors, this person will be responsible for growing the market share of FlowGuard Gold CPVC within the single family and multi-family construction industries in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Job Responsibilities


  • Securing new builder and plumber specifications for the use of FlowGuard Gold® plumbing systems in single family and multi-family construction.
  • Calls on self-generated and marketing generated sales leads to solicit sales conversions.
  • Educating contractors and builders on the features, benefits and installation practices for the products.
  • Participation in local trade shows and trade associations.
  • Developing and implementing territory plans consistent with the North American Residential Plumbing strategy for the territory


Skills, Experience, and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ months of B2B sales or marketing experience
  • High school diploma and 2+ years’ experience in the plumbing or home building trades
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Must reside in assigned market
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work well in both team and individual environments
  • Familiarity with residential new construction
  • Spanish language capability is a plus


Working Conditions


  • Ability to travel up to 4 nights/week (average 60%)
  • 30% windshield time
  • Sales calls will occur both in offices and on construction sites
