Lubrizol is currently looking for an influential and strategic Manager of our Citizen Development Office. In this role, you would be responsible for leading and supporting the enablement of Citizen Development through the organization. You would also refine and enhance Citizen Development strategic vision and execution through the network of Citizen Developers and Champions.  Additionally, you would create collaboration between stakeholders and technical IT teams to deliver sustainable secure IT solutions which can be leveraged globally while driving the full and correct technology adoption and solution development. Ideally, this role will be based at our Global Headquarters in Wickliffe, OH, or our Deerpark, Tx facility. This would follow a hybrid working model. 

 

What you will do:

  • Define and execute Citizen Development strategy and vision
  • Take responsibility for Citizen Development overall success and delivery
  • Monitor the Citizen Development service full life cycle
  • Support business and IT teams to define adequate governance models
  • Design and develop of best practices related to the usage of enterprise data
  • Measure and provide reporting and metrics on the usage of the service
  • Promote usages of services to end-users and maximize usage of service features
  • Define and deploy communication strategy and plan

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree:  Computer Science/Management Information Systems, Chemical, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the overall experience in design, development, and delivery of enterprise citizen development solutions or other automation technologies
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience hands-on in Microsoft Power platform or other “low code” or “no code” software applications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in domain knowledge and expertise
  • Strong facilitation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Strong communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of IT development methodologies, artifacts, and tasks
  • Understanding of enterprise and domain architecture and terminology

 

What will put you ahead:

  • Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or Microsoft Dynamics 365+ Power Platform Solution Architect (MB600) Certification
  • Working knowledge of cloud, security, infrastructure, databases and networking
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure API management, Azure Logic Apps, Azure cloud services, and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
  • Experience using Visio
  • Experience with ServiceNow!
  • Experience with DevOps
  • Experience with R, Python, or C#
