Sales Enablement and Pricing Support

  • Create, launch, and maintain sales tools: Develop tools such as the Sales Volume Analysis Tool to enhance sales efficiency and improve processes.
  • Meeting support: Assist in preparing materials for key account network team slides and other major meetings.
  • Support team with pricing activities: Provide assistance with Vendavo and other pricing-related tasks to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies.

 

Opportunity Pipeline

  • CRM System Utilization:
    • Ensure that the sales team fully embraces and utilizes the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to maximize its benefits.
    • Achieve 100% user adoption of the CRM system within the sales team.
    • Increase the number of sales activities and interactions logged in the CRM by 50%.
    • Improve data accuracy and completeness in the CRM by implementing regular data validation and cleanup processes.
    • Increase the utilization of CRM reporting capabilities by 75%, enabling better decision-making and forecasting.
    • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to sales team members to enhance their proficiency in using the CRM system.

 

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Create, distribute, and communicate valuable market and competitive information:
    • Develop key documents such as Import Analysis twice per year.
    • Provide market intelligence support for the MSM team, covering at least two market segments.
    • Conduct "Apples to Apples" Competitive Analysis quarterly.

 

Forecasting and Process Improvement

  • Own the forecast discussion, input, and improvement:
    • Develop methods to enhance the forecasting process and improve year-over-year accuracy by 20%.
    • Hold monthly account manager meetings with three purposes: match open orders with expectations, align with the control tower (forecast), and ensure AOP (Annual Operating Plan) alignment. (ie: 1 month, <90 days, end of year)
    • Update the Control Tower and prepare for monthly management financial forecast discussions. (ie: “why” we have variations to AOP each month, expectations for next month, major year end variations)
