Main purpose of the job:

Processing, assembling and finishing of products by means of operations specific to the catheter manufacturing activity.

Professional requirements:

• Completed secondary education

•  No previous experience in a similar position required

•  Skill, precision and thoroughness in performing specific operations

•  Observational and organizational skills, good judgement, ability to work under time pressure, communication skills, teamwork skills

•  Attention to detail and accuracy required to carry out the production processes

•  Ability to plan work and time

•  Personal hygiene

Responsibilities and specific tasks:

• Receiving the products, qualitatively and quantitatively, according to the instructions and the delivery documents (invoices or goods accompanying notes)

• Performing operations specific to the catheter manufacturing activity, such as:

  • Cutting plastic tubes

  • Welding (bonding) plastic components with a hot air device (or similar means)

  • Shrinking various plastic components with hot air devices or other specific machines

  • Fixing in place, clamping components to devices and machines

  • Inspecting components under a microscope and other specific equipment

• Checking, fixing in place and removing devices and tools, and adjusting them to the required work activity according to the work instructions.

• Taking care of the timely completion of all operations performed and tasks received at the level of quality required.

• Complying with all specified access and work requirements inside the cleanroom.

• Performing duties and work assignments in a safe and ethical manner in accordance with company policy.

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace according to company regulations.

• Each worker must carry out his work, in accordance with his/her training and instruction and with the instructions received from his/her employer, in such a way that he/she does not expose  his/her own person or other persons who may be affected by his/her actions or omissions during the work process to the risk of injury or occupational disease.

Scopul principal al postului:

Prelucrarea, asamblarea și finisarea reperelor prin operații specifice activității de confecționer catetere.

Cerințe profesionale:

• Studii gimnaziale absolvite;

•  Nu este necesară experiența anterioară pe un post similar;

•  Îndemânare, precizie şi rigurozitate în efectuarea operaţiilor specifice;

•  Spirit de observaţie, simţ organizatoric, prestanţă, tact şi discernământ, .capacitatea de a lucra sub presiunea timpului, de comunicare, de lucru în echipă;

•  Atenţie și acuratețe necesară realizării proceselor de producție;

•  Planificarea activităţii şi a timpului de muncă;

•  Igienă personală.

Responsabilități și sarcini specifice:

• Execută operaţii specifice activităţii de confecţionare catetere, cum ar fi:

  • tăierea tuburilor din material plastic

  • sudarea (lipirea) componentelor din materiale plastice cu aparat cu aer cald (sau mijloace specifice)

  • retractarea diferitelor componente din material plastic pe aparate cu aer cald sau alte mașini specifice

  • fixarea, prinderea  componentelor pe dispozitive și aparate

  • verificarea componentelor realizate, la microscop și alte instalații specifice

• Controlul, fixarea și scoaterea dispozitivelor și a sculelor, precum și reglarea acestora în vederea realizării regimului necesar de lucru conform instrucțiunilor de lucru.

• Să se preocupe de realizarea la timp și la nivelul cerut de calitate a tuturor operațiilor executate și sarcinilor primite.

• Este obligat să respecte toate cerințele specifice, de acces și de lucru, în interiorul Camerei Curate.

• Atribuțiile și sarcinile de lucru trebuie efectuate respectând   normele de siguranță și etică în conformitate cu politica firmei.

• Să mențină ordinea și curățenia la locul de muncă conform reglementărilor din cadrul firmei.

• Fiecare lucrător trebuie să îşi desfăşoare activitatea, în conformitate cu pregătirea şi instruirea sa, precum şi cu instrucţiunile primite din partea angajatorului, astfel încât să nu expună la pericol de accidentare sau îmbolnăvire profesională atât propria persoană, cât şi alte persoane care pot fi afectate de acţiunile sau omisiunile sale în timpul procesului de muncă.
