What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving our journey to operational excellence. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact our Calvert City, KY facility.

What We're Looking For:

• Reviews work orders for completeness / all required information.
• Prepares job plan and inputs plan into CMMS indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
• Maintains their backlog, escalates when backlog is over the limit, helps others with their backlog when available.
• Maintains, monitors, and reviews performance measures.
• Build the “weekly schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resources and issuing the schedule.
• Leads scheduling improvement efforts, following the Maintenance Work Process.
• Update Technical Objects and data for those objects (e.g. criticality, hierarchy, BOMs, etc.).

Skills That Make a Difference:

• High School Diploma.
• 6 years demonstrated proficiency in technical crafts discipline.
• Experience and knowledge working with a CMMS system to create maintenance job plans and maintenance packages.
• Experience identifying technical specifications and instructions required for field use.
• Demonstrated ability in developing, understanding, and considering options for the most valuable maintenance scope through troubleshooting technical diagnostic capabilities, cause analysis, etc.
• Experience working within an industrial plant as a craftsperson, maintenance scheduler, turnaround scheduler or capital project scheduler is preferred.
• Experience working within SAP is preferred.
• Experience working with data to spot problems and correct errors.
