Location: Flexible within Europe (any site where Lubrizol operates) 

Job Type: Full-time - Hybrid, 4 days in office / 1 day flexible 

Shift + Hours: Standard business hours 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Ensure the accuracy, stability, and transparency of short-term demand signals (2–12 weeks) to support operational execution 

  • Analyze customer forecasts and sales orders to maintain a consistent and aligned view of near-term demand 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling to align constrained demand plans and adjustments 

  • Identify risks and opportunities by monitoring demand patterns and ensuring all updates are data-driven and clearly understood 

  • Track key execution metrics such as demand stability, plan adherence, and drivers of weekly demand changes 

  • Communicate important demand shifts, risks, and order changes impacting longer-term planning 

  • Provide visibility into customer demand behavior, including late orders, cancellations, and unusual patterns 

  • Maintain accurate and timely demand data in systems, validating updates following changes or rebalancing 

 

Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related analytical field 

  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, customer service, or similar data-driven roles in a regional or global environment 

  • Experience working with sales orders, customer forecasts, and short-term demand–supply coordination 

  • Strong experience with ERP systems and planning tools 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 

  • Proactive and accountable with the ability to anticipate issues and manage competing priorities 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams 

  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement 

  • Full proficiency in verbal and written English is required. Any other European language is a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward 

  • Experience with demand planning platforms such as Kinaxis, OMP, o9, SAP IBP, or similar systems 

  • Experience in short-term execution planning or integrated business planning environments
