How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Senior Director, TempRite Americas, you will lead the TempRite business across North America and Latin America with full Profit and Loss accountability. You will shape and execute regional and global strategies, drive profitable growth, and align cross‑regional teams to maximize enterprise value for Lubrizol. In this role, you will:
- Own full P&L accountability for the TempRite Americas business, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, cost discipline, and cash generation.
- Develop and execute the Americas strategic plan, translating market insights and competitive dynamics into actionable growth initiatives.
- Ensure strong alignment between regional execution and the global TempRite strategy through influence and collaboration across a matrixed organization.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing leadership team, establishing clear objectives, accountability, and succession readiness.
- Represent Lubrizol with senior‑level customers, partners, and industry stakeholders while anticipating regulatory and market trends.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Ten or more years of senior leadership experience with full Profit and Loss responsibility in a global B2B, industrial, specialty materials, or engineered products environment.
- Proven experience leading multi‑country and multi‑regional businesses, including North America and/or Latin America.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing multi‑year growth strategies.
- Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance regional ownership and global alignment in a matrixed organization.
- Track record of building and leading leadership teams and driving accountability through others.
