Sales Coordinator
How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be contributing to Lubrizol's success through your analysis, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
In this role, you will:
Support the Regional Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers, and Account Managers
- Prepare monthly sales reports specific to the North America sales team in Excel and Power BI
- Provide data for quarterly business reviews
- Prepare slides for monthly sales calls
- Onboard new account managers including CRM and other systems training
- Manage team sites including the team Sharepoint site
- Review and manage data in the CRM tool, identifying contacts, accounts and opportunities and ensuring data is current and accurate
- Preparing data for monthly pipeline calls
- Creating and managing customized team reporting in the Account Manager portal
Complete pricing activities
- Set up customer specific pricing in Vendavo
- Creating and updating price lists
- Managing and implementing general price increases
Manage customer set up and maintenance
- Submit requests for new customer setup via CMRP, including sample customers
- Ensure data in SAP matches customer purchase orders
- Ensure customers are set up correctly for credit, pricing and sales reporting purposes
- Maintain account assignments
- Provide new customers with necessary vendor documentation
- Submit customer account change requests via MS forms
Handle general customer support
- Identifying and investigating invoice errors
- Assisting Customer Experience Team with pricing and/or account questions
- Provide Customer Price Lists when requested
- Customer notifications
- Forwarding leads to the correct account manager and/or distributor
Manage other duties
- Vendor invoice management – process vendor invoices for payment
- Creating purchase requisitions for our marketing vendors
- MyLubrizol registration review and approval
- Knowledge of Demand Planning Tool when assistance is needed
- SAP data and navigation – lookup orders, customers, pricing, etc.
- Working with Excel, BOBJ, CRM, SAP and Power BI
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic administrative or sales coordinator role
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and partner with internal and external stakeholders to creatively resolve challenges
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Other preferred systems experience: SAP, Business Objects (BOBJ), Market Intelligence system (C&MI), Vendavo Price Management system, Business Intelligence system (Power BI)

- Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
- Working in lab or manufacturing settings with PPE provided.
- Use of computers and digital tools in office or hybrid environment.
- Occasional lifting or movement of materials.
- Adherence to safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
