As a key member of the TempRite® CPVC team, this role supports the continued growth and profitability of Lubrizol’s CPVC business with a primary regional focus on the Americas. The role is anchored in the business supported by the Louisville manufacturing site, while also supporting product strategy and execution for business supplied from European production assets.

 

The Regional Product Manager owns product strategy, pricing, portfolio management, and financial performance for the Americas, and provides targeted support to European and APAC teams where portfolio, specifications, or assets intersect. The role partners closely with the IMEA Product Manager to ensure global alignment and optimization across the TempRite® CPVC portfolio and asset footprint.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Own and execute regional product strategy for TempRite® CPVC with primary accountability for North America and Latin America and selective support for European and APAC business needs.
  • Serve as commercial owner of regional product financial performance, including margin management, portfolio mix, pricing recommendations, and delivery of annual financial targets.
  • Lead pricing strategy and governance for products manufactured in Louisville and European sites in partnership with regional commercial leaders.
  • Manage the regional product portfolio and lifecycle to maximize growth, profitability, and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in regional demand forecasting and supply alignment across Louisville and European manufacturing assets.
  • Establish operating mechanisms to track regional product performance, initiatives, and execution against priorities.
  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and process technology teams to align product strategy with asset capabilities, constraints, and cost structures.
  • Partner with the IMEA Product Manager to ensure global alignment and optimization across the product portfolio and manufacturing asset footprint, including shared formulations, specifications, and capacity tradeoffs.
  • Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence across markets to inform pricing, positioning, and portfolio decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination through influence, ensuring alignment across commercial, R&D, operations, and supply chain partners.

 

Required Qualifications that Enables Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years leading cross-functional teams on complex business or product initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or operations/manufacturing roles, preferably in polymer compounds or engineered materials.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience growing and managing product lines closely integrated with manufacturing and supply chain execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
