The Global Product Management Leader will be responsible for creating and sustaining a customer-driven product management strategy across the TempRite portfolio. This role will bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-focused mindset to lead product lifecycle management, including product roadmap planning, profitability and market analysis, and supply chain operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical and business acumen, a deep understanding of the TempRite Business, and the ability to prioritize and execute quickly. The Global Product Management Leader will need to hold themselves and the team accountable for results and have a track record of success in product management.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute product management strategy and roadmap for TempRite portfolio including margin and pricing analysis
• Work closely with the commercial teams on product lifecycle management, including market analysis
• Support customer-focused product development and ensure customer success
• Commercial policy creation and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy is effectively executed
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure network optimization aligned with business portfolio
• Partner with key function including supply chain, procurement, operation to develop and implement key strategic business initiatives
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and product performance
• Assess new opportunities and technologies to expand the TempRite portfolio
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

Skills That Make A Difference:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of product management or related experience
• Deep understanding of the TempRite industry
• Expertise in product development and market analysis
• Use analytical framework to define and solve complex problems
• Ability to work effectively across all functions
• Ability to influence and get buy-in from key stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
