What You'll Do:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving medical and TPU production and capital projects.  You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

  • Prepare documentation for upcoming production campaigns.
  • Complete production reviews, enter the material into SAP and determine material disposition plans.
  • Communicate with product and quality managers on processing limits and improvements.
  • Implement corrective actions based on customer complaints or process improvements.
  • Support process related questions around capital improvements and provide feedback on future equipment needs.
  • Work with chemical operators to provide guidance on troubleshooting or process adjustments.
  • Utilize and adhere to systems that involve improving and maintaining the area such as but not limited to MOC’s, PHA’s, CHA’s, PSSR’s, JSA’s and incident reporting.
  • Work with maintenance coordinator to improve equipment reliability.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in chemical plant operations
  • Demonstrated process engineering skills, with an emphasis on safety, troubleshooting and process improvement.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Experience with reactive extrusion.
  • Experience in specialty manufacturing areas.
  • Programming experience with Delta V DCS.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
