We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our team in Zhuhai. Responsibilities

·         Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.

·         Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

·         Help maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and manuals.

·         Assist with the management of IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is properly tracked and maintained in system.

·         Support the IT team in various projects, including system upgrades, network improvements, and other initiatives.

·         Conduct routine checks and maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

·         Respond to IT-related inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.

·         Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.

Requirements

·         Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·         Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

·         Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.

·         Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
