The Global Price Administration Manager provides global oversight, standardization, and improvements to ensure accurate master data (customer, vendor, material and pricing) in support of SAP business transactions and in a cost-efficient way.

What You'll Do:

• With a global view, leading the organization to the best end-to-end pricing process practices by identifying areas for improvement (business inefficiencies, process governance issues, process gaps, maintain training materials, etc.)
• Identify and lead or collaborate on efforts to increase efficiency, including process improvement efforts, and automation and digitalization of master data processes in close collaboration with the Global Master Data Digitalization leader.
• Define and describe services offered and service level differentiation, depending on customer or business need.
• Monitor and manage performance of Master Data Project Specialists and Advisors, including designing metrics and KPI's (key performance indicators) to measure performance.
• Provide resources to support strategic imperatives and prioritized projects
• May be assigned the added responsibility of BPL (Business Process Leader)

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Business/Economics/Finance or related)
• 10 years of relevant experience (Supply Chain Product Management, Pricing Strategies, Technical Systems & Processes, etc).
• 3+ years experience managing regional teams and processes is required.
• 1+ year experience managing global teams and processes is preferred.
• Broad understanding of ERP systems and connected technologies and processes.
• Attitude of being hard on the process and good with the people.
• Diversity and inclusion mindset in accordance with Lubrizol's D&I strategy.
• APICS certification is a plus.
