Your key accountabilities:

• Customer care (order management, invoicing, delivery notes, customer correspondence)
• Production planning and order control (capacity planning, production orders, factory orders)
• Key user proAlpha sales and production (responsibility for article numbers and master data)
• Report to customer care manager and general management
• Market observation
• Representation of the company towards third parties in coordination with Customer Care Management

Your qualification and expertise:

•  Professional experience in the field of materials management and logistics
• Good manners with customers
• Experience in production scheduling
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Good language skills in German and English
