ROLE:

• Responsible for BU Tolling/Manufactured finished goods scheduling activity and manage plant inventory/production arrangement to meet the business requirement
• In charge of Stock-Transfer-Order/Purchase order release and tracking for BU finish goods/traded goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Release stock transfer order for BU business, and tracking the progress to ensure material availability for sales orders
• Release Process Order to plant manufacturing and tolling, and follow up the production progress to deliver goods on schedule and with quality.
• Be responsible for Inventory/NWSM management for BU FG/TG.
• Focused on daily operation on inventory management. Timely follow-up on the actual demand, provide quick reaction on planning adjust to secure the order fulfillment
• Alert any potential shortage or any abnormal supply delay and work with BU planner to highlight the impact on business
• Other tasks to support BU Supply Chain Resilience

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

• Education：Bachelor degree or above
• Experience：        

• Minimum 1 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production scheduling, FG/TG scheduling, supply planning, etc.
• Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred

• Main Core Competencies：

• Collaboration, good team player
• Good Communication Skills
• Result driven and meet tight deadliness under pressure

• Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

• Good data analysis skills, Excel and SAP
• Detailed oriented/quick learner

• Language Skill: Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
