Senior Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute Lubrizol’s commercial strategy for customers in the lubricants and fuels industry, ensuring our position as a key strategic supplier.
- Identify value-added opportunities, drive innovation projects, and manage business relationships to achieve sustainable growth.
- Develop and negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring the achievement of sales revenue, volume, and profitability objectives.
- Oversee the development of strategic account plans in collaboration with segment leaders, coordinating resources to capitalize on growth opportunities and drive profitable new business.
- Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, and maintain up-to-date records in corporate systems.
- Analyze market trends and gather market intelligence to inform strategy and drive competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Promote the highest quality standards among customers and ensure compliance with Lubrizol’s quality, environmental, health, and safety management systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, legal, finance, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Represent Lubrizol at local industry associations and participate in global procurement processes.
- Mentor and support the sales team, fostering a culture of value-based selling and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all activities align with Lubrizol’s legal and ethical conduct policies.
