SUMMARY    

 To grow sales in Mexico by developing new customers and sustaining existing key accounts. Build strong relationship with customers to support Estane long term strategy.

 

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • To sustain existing medium and key accounts in Mexico;
  • Constant search new business growth opportunity;
  • Great focus on face-to-face contacts and, an intense external customer visit agenda;
  • Collect marketing data from different sources, input as needed in the strategic plan;
  • In charge of project development and pipeline monitoring with continuous update;
  • To support building LAN strategic growth plan;
  • Territory accountability and ownership;
  • To assist customers during whole sales process, having direct contact with logistic, customer service and credit department;
  • Coordinate support from different regions to customers in Mexico, if necessary;
  • To participate on marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, etc.
  • To be a primary back-up person for all commercial activities in Mexico and North Latin America when necessary.

JOB PROFILE            

  • Education:  College degree holder or expected graduate. Business degree is acceptable but, Chemical Engineering degree is preferred.
  • Languages: Advanced English.
  • Experience: 1 year+ experience in chemical company is needed. Experience in plastics sales field preferred.

- Willingness to travel domestically (air or car) or internationally when necessary
