What You'll Do:  

As a Global IT Network Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving exciting projects and dealing with the planning, direction, & coordination of networking installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and day-to-day operations to ensure a stable, safe & reliable network operating environment. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. You will directly lead a team of technical experts and partner with other IT functional teams to support and deliver both operational and project-based work activities. The role will work closely with both regional business and IT stakeholders to approve and implement new projects, enhancements, and support to existing network infrastructure. This leadership position is accountable for building and developing a high-performing internal team while working closely with vendors and internal teams when appropriate to ensure agreed service levels are being met for network delivery and operational support.

What We're Looking For: 

• Resource Manager accountable for accurate and timely delivery of solutions within the Network LAN, WAN, Core & Network Security Services.
• Maintain relationship and connectivity with Network Engineering Team and their activities.
• Ensure sustainability and viability of network designs and strategies.
• Prioritize and assign global resources to ongoing operational tasks.
• Drive adoption of automation and standardization.
• Drive optimization of operational processes and accurate documentation.
• Maintain relationship and connections with Global IT business partnerships.
• Manage & Maintain relationships with key external vendors & resources supporting our operational goals.
• Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of processes.
• Support operational teams during the implementation of new processes and policies, offering direction and guidance when needed.
• Manage, report, and communicate on the global performance of the Network Operations Team.
• Provide coaching and mentoring, communicate job expectations and assess performance and results.
• Establish a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation, empowerment, and personal growth.
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT global strategies set by senior management.
• Be an escalation resource for resolving resource and priority conflicts.

 Skills That Make a Difference:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones and cultures and with all levels of management.
• Good working knowledge of an ITSM tool (preferably Service Now).
• Experience building, developing and empowering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence change in a global organization.
• Experience delivering results in a highly matrixed environment & leading globally dispersed team.
• Minimum 5+ years of previous Infrastructure experience, preferred networking discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software, as well as experience with cloud-based networking solutions.
• Working experience in WAN, LAN, Core and Network Security.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
