Buscamos Production Specialist para nuestra unidad productiva de Péptidos en nuestra delegación de Gavà, Barcelona.

 Mission:

Manage projects to ensure Operational Excellence in the Peptide Manufacturing Plant, implementing continuous improvements considering safety, cost effectiveness and quality in the procedures of the Peptides Manufacturing Unit.

Responsabilities and accountabilities

• Ensure the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment System according to the company procedures
• Ensure the implementation of the Quality System under EN-UNE-ISO 22716:2017.
• Guarantee compliance with the operations of the job following GMP guidelines of ISO 22716, among other quality standards.
• Creation and management of projects to implement improvements in the standard operating conditions of the Peptide Manufacturing Plant.
• Able to work independently and handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical background and experience with chromatographic technologies. 
• Strong background in Organic Chemistry with an analytical and critical mindset.
• Evaluation and adaptation of current manufacturing procedures for continuous improvements.
• Ability to elaborate specific scientific reports.
• Provide training and support to the plant operators.

Related skills:

• Training / education:
  • University degree in Chemical Engineering or Science.
  • Good communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan. Advanced level in English is mandatory.
• Experience in similar functions for minimum 2 years
• High level computer skills, mainly Office related software
