Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and follow written procedures.

Work with typical industrial equipment such as pallet jack, forklift, and drum tippers.

Work with process equipment such as ovens and extruders.

Weigh out, mix and pour a variety of chemicals.

Package finished granules and pellets.

Troubleshoot equipment problems

Report any abnormal equipment or product conditions.

Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Record information on logs with high level of accuracy.

Work weekends based on pre-arranged work schedule.


Technical Requirements:

Basic math skills – able to calculate gross, tare, and net weights

Computer skills –able to use MS software (outlook, Word, Excel) and Intranet applications


Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)


Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity

Continuous mental/visual concentration

Walking and standing frequently

Lifting (up to 55lbs) often
