Position Description

The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations and Ecommerce will create the marketing framework for the team, including planning, process, infrastructure, research and analysis. This role will deliver key insights and recommendations that optimize the performance of marketing programs, managing and inspiring the Lubrizol Additives marketing team to ensure that our initiatives are seamlessly executed and highly effective.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • E-commerce:  Responsible for the development, deployment, and ongoing management of the eCommerce solutions for LZA customers
  • Systems and Technology:  Provides recommendation, business case development and leadership on the implementation of key technologies to drive the execution of our sales and marketing strategies
  • Lead Management Process: Ownership of the development and implementation a lead management process in coordination with other Lubrizol businesses. 
  • Accountable for measurement and performance of the marketing funnel.
  • Database:  Responsible for the integrity and growth of the CRM database including completeness, segmentation, correctness, and opt-in performance
  • Compliance:  Accountable for ensuring Lubrizol’s additives marketing activities are compliant with relevant legislation
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation: 
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Provides key stakeholders with reporting and analytics for key marketing investments and sales initiatives. 
    • Oversees the marketing metrics and KPIs that demonstrates the performance of the marketing team. 
    • Responsible for the management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities and provides recommendations on how to improve performance
    • Provides analysis and insights on the effectiveness and role of our digital assets in the customer buying journey. 

 

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations or information systems
  • Experience working with marketing automation systems, CRM solutions and other marketing technology platforms
  • Strong ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver results
  • Excellent communications skills including to Executive Level stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Passionate change agent, up for the task of leading Lubrizol into a new era
  • Capable of balancing multiple projects effectively, prioritization
