Lubrizol is looking for a Senior Business Process Applications Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of Information Technology professionals that will provide regional and global support for business process applications, enhancements, and projects for our Life Sciences division. Lubrizol Life Sciences provides best-in-class contract manufacturing services to address needs within the pharmaceutical and medical device markets. This role can be remote, based anywhere Lubrizol operates.

 

What you will do: 

  • Lead a Team accountable for supporting both regional and global projects, enhancement and daily support for the Life Sciences division.
  • Provide information systems counseling and guidance to management personnel throughout the company 
  • Interface with Stakeholders to support cross regional and business alignment
  • Will take a collaborative, action-oriented approach to build support for change and transformation while leading, training, developing, motivating, and coaching the team in the development of an Operational Excellence culture
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and inspire confidence through effective communication and leadership
  • Develop standardized metrics and reporting
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide continuity of services
  • With a global view, lead the organization to the best end-to-end business process practices by identifying areas for improvement (business inefficiencies, process governance issues, process gaps, etc.)
  • Continue to learn and pursue educational opportunities to remain current in emerging technologies and concepts.

 

What you need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 7 years of related experience in Information Solutions.
  • 5 years’ experience supporting a global ERP system.  QAD experience preferred however, experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle would be acceptable.
  • Experience in a Life Sciences environment.
  • 5 years’ experience managing an Information Solutions team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (i.e. waterfall, Agile).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) with advanced skill level.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills that translate to high-level problem-solving abilities
  • Must be flexible, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

  • Knowledge of FDA Validation requirements within an IS and manufacturing environment
  • Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience
  • Process Mining experience (Celonis)
