HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors)

Accountability:

Operationalization and optimization support of SuccessFactors talent management product suite (internally known as Career Essentials) and processes that drive efficiencies, compliance and sustainability to meet business objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors talent management product suite (internally known as Career Essentials).
  • Maintain and manage day-to-day operation of SuccessFactors modules, annual talent cycles and special projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors, system related issues and unexpected results.
  • Manage tickets for system issues and enhancement requests using ServiceNow.
  • Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate system upgrades, patches and new releases.
  • Maintain, create and update system and process documentation.
  • Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures and employee resource guides.
  • Continuously review system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
  • End user support and training. 
  • Participate on current and future HR system related projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP non-employee issues.
  • Collaborates with other departments for process optimization.
  • Conduct audits in a consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy any issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • (5) five years’ HRIS systems experience OR (5) five years’ SAP system integration experience.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting system issues OR previous systems administrator/analyst experience.
  • MS Office experience.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work and collaborate across multiple countries, areas & cultures and team effectively with end users and other team members.
  • Ability to produce detailed relevant documentation and reports as required.
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations.
  • Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about technology, leveraging automation and creating efficiency through technology. 

 

Nice to have skills:

  • Functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) accreditations.
  • System integration experience.
  • Understanding of HR talent management processes.
  • Project management experience.
