Total Rewards Intern – Summer 2021

The Total Rewards Intern will work with the Global Total Rewards Team. Primary duties will be focused with the Global Benefits group, along with interactions with other Total Rewards functions such as Compensation, Payroll and Global Mobility.

This is a remote role in the US where Lubrizol currently operates.

  • Attend meetings with business leaders to learn the Lubrizol business and identify employee/manager needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development and build of a Total Rewards SharePoint site.
  • Support in the content creation and deployment of the global HIPAA training module.
  • Help categorize system content in Lubrizol’s global benefits database.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the US Annual Enrollment communication strategy.
  • Assist with external Benefits Website updates.
  • Process documentation.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with global Total Rewards colleagues.
  • Work on other projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an HR, finance or other business concentration from an accredited college or university
  • Students with a GPA at or above 3.0 will be given priority consideration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, ability to pick up on new projects and software
  • Curiosity to learn new concepts and work on new projects in an HR capacity
