This role is accountable for the delivery of HR reporting to enable advanced business decisions about people and the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Logs and addresses requests and inquiries/issues and works with HR employees, managers, and other stakeholders to resolve using various tools. Escalates requests and issues to HR Data Strategist to resolve as needed (i.e., data and analysis interpretation).

  • Builds custom dashboards, reports and analyses and creates templates for HR management reports; Compiles key HR metrics for a variety of stakeholders.

  • Consolidates information from various systems to allow the Center of Excellence to identify trends relevant to HR (i.e., common reasons why people contact HR, retirement and turnover risks in certain businesses, use of the HR portal and knowledge articles by HR customers). 

  • Supports Global Leveraged Services Data Management Specialists, COEs, and HR Business Partners in preparing for annual HR processes, such as consolidating strategic workforce plans and providing reporting for Diversity & Inclusion reviews, etc.

  • Enforce a “one source of truth” approach to all HR Reporting & Analytics via promotion of consistent terminology, globally.

  • Administer enterprise level HR compliance reporting (EEO, etc.), partnering with various stakeholders as needed (i.e., Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, etc.); Manage and provide necessary reports for Master Data and other audits as required.

  • Complete testing for system enhancements and break/fix issues.

  • Maintains and completes updates as needed to the HR Reporting & Analytics Knowledge Base and FAQs.

  • Assist with various workforce analytics projects as required.

 

Education / Skills

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)

  • 1-2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Analyst or related position (required)

  • Experience with reporting and analytical tools (required)

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (required)

  • Expert technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) (required)

  • Shared services environment experience (preferred)

  • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, Career Essentials Report Center/People Analytics (preferred)
