Job Description
Title: Environmental Coordinator
Department: Process Technology & Sourcing (PTS)
Reports to: Environmental Supervisor
Location: Wickliffe, Ohio

Job Summary: This role supports the Wickliffe Process Development Operations and Environmental Assurance group with site wide environmental operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage physical and electronic bulk, drum and labpack waste inventories
- Complete site regulatory rounds of all hazardous waste areas including tank farm, pipelines and permitted storage areas
- Loading of bulk and drum hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipments
- Unloading of bulk raw material
- Facility resource for environmental concerns, safety permitting, and material handling
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including; RCRA, SWPPP, NPDES, Subpart BB/CC, DOT
- Complete and maintain certifications including;
- RCRA
- DOT
- Hazwopper
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of RCRA
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Background in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
Considered a Plus:
- Hazwopper certified
- Formal RCRA and/or DOT training
- DOT regulatory awareness
- Experience classifying laboratory wastes
- Hazardous waste management experience
Working Conditions:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work 50% outdoors year around
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
