The ADP  EeTime Administrator is responsible for the administration of US time and attendance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, appropriate reporting and compliance. The incumbent serves as the subject matter expert on the ADP EeTime and clocks.

Job Functions:

  • Ensure payroll is processed timely and data integrity is maintained
  • Work with managers and employees to ensure the accuracy of employee time and pay codes on timecards
  • Address time and attendance inquiries from internal and external parties
  • Provide support to site administrators on contractor maintenance and manager substitution
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and address data integrity concerns within ADP EeTime to ensure data integrity and completeness
  • Administrate and troubleshoot clocks
  • Manage reporting
  • Manage accruals on all US employees
  • Maintain eTime records in SAP HCM
  • Manage interfaces between ADP EeTime and Lubrizol’s SAP systems


  • Serve as subject matter expert
  • Share knowledge and expertise to help lead site administrators
  • Consult with stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive product solution
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their business related needs
  • Guide and drive stakeholders towards the best solution for their business needs
  • Interpret issues and find creative solutions to help the business with their long terms needs
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
  • Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending product solutions
  • Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to stakeholders when appropriate
  • Understand stakeholders’ business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution
  • Work proactively to provide information, best practices, and training on the ADP EeTime products
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and guide stakeholders to best solution to help resolve their needs
  • Exchange routine information with members of eTime Governance committee, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise

Qualifications Required:

  • At least 5+ years of ADP Enterprise eTime and/or Kronos Implementation, Configuration, and Support experience, in Core Modules
  • At least 5+ years of experience in administrating and troubleshooting clocks
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level


Qualifications Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • SAP HCM knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency of using Microsoft products
