Purpose
The Customer Service Representative delivers compliant products to Lubrizol’s customers worldwide at targeted cost, quality and service levels.  He/she provides service and support to the commercial and business team.

 

Contribution
Supporting the business in achieving a constant business growth whilst ensuring that the customer experience organization’s interactions with customers are of :

  • high quality delivering a seamless service to customers
  • focusses on improving the customer experience
  • increases the overall customer satisfaction
  • provide all necessary and professional communication
  • support the On Time In Full (OTIF) approach of our deliveries
  • be the Go-to person for specific Subject Matter Experts (SME)

 


Expertise / Knowledge / Skills

  • Bachelor degree or equal by experience
  • Dutch/English mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally; knowledge of German, French, Italian or any other European language is an asset
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in international markets
  • Customer focussed, building relationships, establishing trust
  • Pro-active, self-starter with the desire to achieve
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Accurate and able to set priorities with a talent for organization and follow-up; hands-on approach
  • Team player
  • Flexible
  • Computer literate : advanced Microsoft Office user; knowledge of SAP is an asset
