Our products consist of silicone tissue expanders, sheeting, patches, and other silicone medical devices. We take pride in the quality of our products and maintain quality staff on our team.
We have several ISO 7 and ISO 8 certified clean rooms within our campus. Our controlled environment allow for multiple line operations to occur efficiently without compromising on quality.

WHAT IS THE JOB?
Entry-level Assemblers and Operators needed for 1st shift (mornings) and 2nd shift (evenings)
Note: 2nd shift employees earn a pay differential
Assemblers and Operators follow company procedure to manufacture medical devices in an ISO controlled environment. Our products are used throughout the world as temporary implantable devices. The work our employees do on a daily basis has a direct impact on our families and neighbors, so quality work is key to our success.
WAGE: $12.55+ hourly

WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Read and comprehend procedures/drawings/specifications written in English
- Good arithmetic skills
- Time management skills
- Previous Manufacturing and Assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for an entire shift and have manual dexterity. Some workstations are standing and sitting combinations.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow manufacturing procedures
- Safety first mindset and adhere to all safety requirements at all times
- Reliable candidates that can start immediately

Lubrizol Montana is located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana, within Ravalli County. Surrounded by the Bitterroot and Sapphire mountain ranges, the Valley provides scenic views and immediate access to the Anaconda-Pintler and Selway-Bitterroot wilderness areas. Our location allows for almost immediate access to the Clark Fork and Bitterroot Rivers, hiking, fishing, camping, rock climbing, hunting, snowmobiling, and skiing at Lost Trail Pass or Snowbowl Resorts. Our location is also a short distance from Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. We have two locations within the Bitterroot Valley. Our primary location is just south of Victor and the second site is located in Hamilton, Montana.
