HR Specialist Japan - Contract renewal

This role will focus on handling all compensation and benefit and HR administrations including health and safety at the

 company, supervision by Japan HR Manager.

 

Major Items

 

  • Monthly Payroll run (work with outsource vendor)
  • Social insurance filing (work with Labour consultant)
  • Reporting the data in relation to payroll and corporate pension plan to finance team (Monthly basis)
  • SAP data input
  • In charge of clock-in/out time management system
  • Corporate Pension administration
  • Invoice management
  • Data maintenance for Corporate pension (FAS data) and Group life insurance
  • All the administrative arrangement of on-boarding for new comer including new comer orientation setting and off-boarding for the person resigns
  • Manage annual leave system
  • Health check-up monitoring
  • Support recruiting activity
  • HR related contract management
  • Organize HR related paper-based / digital-based documents
  • Support HR projects
  • Others (administration work)
     
    REQUIREMENTS
     
    Experience
     
    3 years in hands-on payroll / social insurance experiences
