ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

Deliver reliable quality to meet requirement of quality from business development

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Follow company EHS policy and safety rules.
  • Responsible for quality activities of SJ and supporting regional BU on specific BU operations on:
  • Identify new product, new application and new requirement on quality development of SJ produced products and transfer into operational process including developing testing method, testing plan and improvement on current working process.
  • Meet tolling QC and “sanity check” needs and feedback quality issue following definition from regional BU, tolling and quality team. “Sanity check” needs include aligning / developing QC test methods with global QA / global QAQC improvement team / regional QA / R&D, and assist tollers to set up / modify QC test methods as and when required.
  • Support regional business and quality team on quality activities for products outside of SJ and other regional improvement activities.
  • Working on product quality complaint and work together with manufacturing and other teams on RCAs and follow-up actions.
  • Interface with stakeholders in specific BUs on quality related topics and tasks including:
  • Global standardization and improvement on QC activities
  • Developing new testing method
  • Other global and regional quality improvement opportunities
  • Tracking quality status of responsible BUs in cooperation with site and regional team.
  • Build up product/application quality knowledge to support operations and business including R&D/PT/TS on product quality improvement.
  • Support lab leader to train lab team with adequate technical skill and safety sense.

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

  • Education Background:
  • Bachelor in material/analysis related or above   

 

  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiar with typical quality analysis in chemical industry
  • Experience in handling customer complaints at developing applications/products
  • Good communications among different department
  • Able to learn new things under developing environment

 

  • Other Experiences Preferred:
  • Can use English– written, verbal, presentation
  • More than 3 years’ experience on quality analysis/technical service and related area
