PCG Production Technician - Non DCS

COUNTABILITY:

Continuously drive PCG/PHC/UTL production improvement to produce and deliver compliant products at targeted cost, quality and service levels under excellent HSES.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible and accountable for PCG/PHC operation to perform daily tasks in order to ensure smooth production operations and on-time delivery to both internal and external customers.
  负责PCG/PHC的日常操作工作，确保生产顺利进行，满足产品的及时交付于内外客户。
• Follow the PCG/PHC batch sheet to accomplish batch production plans on time, Record the parameters in the process of production in time, fill in the related production record sheet.
  遵守PCG/PHC的生产指令，按时完成批次生产，及时记录生产过程中的各项参数，填写相关记录表。
• Complete the daily inspection work as required, fill in the related record.
  完成每天必须的巡检工作，并做好相应的记录。
• Work closely with other Shift team members to ensure production handovers in an effective way.
  和其他班组成员紧密合作，确保有效的生产交接班。
•  Maintain good housekeeping and a safe and orderly workplace by 5S activities.
  通过5S活动保持现场工作场所的整洁、安全有序。
• Take an active part in Lubrizol continuous improvement activities such as OEP AM JI programs.
  积极参加公司的持续改善活动，比如AM和JI的活动。
• Take an active part in the internal and external training.

积极参加公司举行的各种内外部培训。

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night.

能够适应翻班的工作。

• According to the requirements to complete other tasks assigned by the shift leaders or supervisor.

按要求完成班长或者主管交待的其它临时性任务。

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

• Education Background:
  • Senior High School /Technical School or above
     
• Technical Skills:

• Basic skill in MS Office & application (Excel, Words, etc.) 
   

• Other Experiences Preferred:

• Two or more years prior experience in production within manufacturing, ideally in the Chemical industry.
• Prefer to have more than 1-year dangerous chemical operation experience
• DCS operation experience is preferred
