A      Accountability: 


Provide specialized support for assigned tasks, issues and inquiries mainly for Recruiting & Staffing, Onboarding, Learning & Development and Performance Management processes in APAC with focus in Songjiang, China site. Provide research, analysis and resolution on existing issues; and provides analysis and recommendations on closed issues for continuous improvement. 



Perform following responsibilities across Recruiting & Staffing, Onboarding, Learning & Development and Performance Management processes: 

  • Provide specialized support and resolve assigned tasks, issues and inquiries on time with high quality
  • Interact with and direct vendors and third parties in day-to-day delivery of services  
  • Integrate with COEs and site HR resources in daily administration of work
  • Performs other duties as required

Recruiting & Staffing: 

  • Act as recruiter for full life cycle recruitment of assigned hiring cases from job requisitioning to offering
  • Deliver talent market insights and input for search strategies (shared with Site HR) 
  • Track, assess, identify trends, and report on talent acquisition KPIs, quality of outcomes and adherence to process (shared with Talent Acquisition COE)


  • Administer new hire pre-onboarding process (medical check and background check)
  • Prepare for new hire onboarding, educate and guide hiring manager in executing the onboarding processes 
  • Provide improvement recommendations to COE

Learning & Development:

  • Coordinate HR-led training sessions’ material translation, enrollment, logistics support and payment
  • Conduct virtual and repeatable learning sessions as required
  • Maintain the learning management system (LMS) curriculum and learning records
  • Collect, analyze and report out on training effectiveness measures and program feedback

Performance Management

  • Educate and guide employee and people manager on performance management process
  • Monitor the performance management processes’ effectiveness and compliance audits

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5-year experience in HR
  • Experience with Recruiting & Staffing (required) and Learning & Development and Performance Management (preferred)
  • Experience in a HR shared service environment (preferred)
  • Clearly and succinctly communicates in a variety of settings and styles
  • Holds high standards in work quality with result-driven mindset
  • Excellent in interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
