生产计划员Production Scheduler

ROLE:

• Responsible for tolling/inhouse made finished goods scheduling, raw material planning, purchasing and inventory control to meet the business requirement
• Tracking daily production and take charge of raw material stock-transfer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work out daily raw material stock transfer plan or purchasing plan based on update production schedule
• Work out packaging purchasing plan for order releasing communication with external vendor
• Quarterly review and update raw material supply strategy including stock policy, safety stock level, MOQ, etc. based on BU strategy and demand forecast in SAP (MRP1, MRP2, etc.)
• Daily tracking of production execution status, alert planner for any unexpected change or shut down, and work out the contingency plan of scheduling and raw material purchasing
• Timely follow-up on demand/production change, provide quick reaction on scheduling adjustment, raw material shipping schedule to secure the production and order fulfillment
• Inventory and NWSM management which include KPI monitor, organizing monthly review meeting and action plan follow up, like rework, scrap, etc.
• Support new material introduction via activities like new raw material code setting, raw material purchasing for MA production, and other roadblock checking.
• Raw material consumption in SAP for Tolling materials.
• Other tasks to support:
  • Work with procurement team on raw material pre-build for cost saving
  • Resolve any issues like invoice, pricing, packing, wrong shipping, etc.

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

1. Education：College’s degree or above

2. Experience：        

• minimum 2-3 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production scheduling, supply planning, raw material purchasing management, etc.
• Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred
