Lead Lubrizol engagement activities in target OEMs and Tier I/II suppliers to deliver value to the OEMs and UOI growth for Lubrizol.

Expertise in identifying opportunities and drive success across all target Lubrizol business units.





  • Initiate strategies/tactics and lead the execution at targeted Chinese OEMs;
    • Build and develop in-depth relationships with diverse group of decision makers at responsible OEMs to maintain a favorable position;
    • Understand OEM business profile, R&D projects in the present and future that are related to diverse Lubrizol product lines so as to complete OEM information database;
    • Identify the right short/long-term opportunities in target OEMs and work with business units to initiate joint projects;
    • Drive ongoing projects to be commercialized successfully through close cross-function collaboration with other business units;
  • Be a part of global OEM group and work closely with OEM group team in other regions including North America, Europe and Asia for global OEM account related matters;
  • Monitor industry trends and updates, and showcase the company capabilities by attending industry events as Lubrizol representatives;
  • Develop market insights from discovery with each OEM and industry event and input for a better product/offer development and positioning;
  • Other team assignments by line manager;


REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):


  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in automotive, mechanical engineering or chemical related.
  • MBA and relevant industry qualifications will be advantageous;
  • At least 5 years of working experiences with multinational B2B business/project teams and obtain wide and deep network in China OEMs;
  • Similar roles of business development, sales/marketing or project management in automotive / auto suppliers and/or lubricant industries will be advantageous;
  • Strong commercial skills in identifying opportunities and driving them through to business growth
  • Strategic thinker and good listener and communicator;
  • Native Chinese speaker with good command of English in written and oral communication;
  • Proficiency with MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Have global perspective;
  • Customer and business result focused;
  • Self-starter, and self-managed
  • Able to travel frequently
