Overall purpose of the Job:
Reporting to Senior Accountant, this position will be responsible for accounting functions to ensure compliance with local accounting practice as well as headquarters requirements.


Specific Objectives
Make sure accounting transactions, accounting book and financial statement well recorded and timely prepared.

Main Activities/Task:

  • Account Receivables: VAT invoice issuing, responsible for revenue accounting and sales tax
  • Credit management : Cash Collection, Cash application, AR Report & Credit Analysis
  • Treasury: Management of bank account & cash flow and preparing payments
  • Expense report audit and processing through Concur system
  • Intercompany Reconciliation 
  • Prepare monthly and year-end closing including reconciliation of all responsible BS accounts
  • Quarterly VAT return, corporate income tax return and withholding tax filing
  • Assistance in internal audit, statutory interim/annual audit and random tax investigations
  • SOX documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax and other relevant regulations


Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business administration
  • CPA holder would be a plus
  • Good in English – written and oral
  • Analytical skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Quick and easy to learn



  • Minimum 3~5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance
  • SAP Experience is preferred
  • Experience in monthly and year-end closing
  • Experience in preparing VAT filing & Corporate Income Tax Return
