ACCOUNTABILITY:

Reporting to Finance Manager, this position will be responsible for accounting functions to ensure compliance with local accounting practice as well as headquarters requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage in accounting operations mainly including but not limited to revenue accounting such as recognition of revenue, reclassification of customer complaints or firesales and bad-debt issue
• Reconciliation of cash-in at bank account and journalizing AR collection
• Reconciliation of rebate and sales commission for 3rd party customer/Intercompany
• Tax invoice issuance if needed
• Produce monthly AR report, annual credit review and maintain credit limit
• Actively interact with sales team for dispute of collection issue, build up credit securities when requires
• Review employee expense report through Concur and ensure all the expenses complying with policies
• Executing the payment transaction and submission of the supporting documents for FX payment
• Prepare month and year-end closing including reconciliation of all responsible BS accounts
• Engage in quarterly VAT filing, CIT return and withholding tax filing
• Regularly participate in internal audit, statutory interim/annual audit and randomly tax investigation
• Maintain SOX documentation for responsible controls
• Maintain accounting files as needed

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

• Education Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
  • CPA holder would be preferred
• Technical Skills:
  • SAP/BW Experience is preferred
  • Proficiency using computer tools such as Microsoft Excel
  • Good in English – written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Analytical skill
• Other Experiences Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Experience in month and year-end closing
  • Experience in preparing VAT filing and Statutory Audit/CIT Return
