AMERICAS LS Talent Administration Sr. Analyst
Summary
|
Provides operational and administrative support for Talent Administration processes across the Americas, with a focus on managing interview scheduling, reviewing hiring requisitions, and coordinating employee pre-onboarding processes. This role also involves preparing management reports, supporting payments to Human Resources vendors, managing MyHR cases, and coordinating the scheduling of corporate training programs, contributing to process efficiency, excellence in the internal customer experience, and compliance with Human Resources operations and policies. |
Key Responsabilities

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar or equivalent experience;
- Language Proficiency
- Understanding, speaking, reading and writing English (required)
- Understanding, speaking, reading and writing Spanish (a plus);
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience;
- Experience working in a shared services/customer service environment;
- High orientation and experience with HR systems and processes (preferred);
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion;
- Committed to continuous improvement;
- Demonstrates attention to detail;
- Customer service oriented.
