AMERICAS LS Talent Administration Sr. Analyst 

Summary

Provides operational and administrative support for Talent Administration processes across the Americas, with a focus on managing interview scheduling, reviewing hiring requisitions, and coordinating employee pre-onboarding processes. This role also involves preparing management reports, supporting payments to Human Resources vendors, managing MyHR cases, and coordinating the scheduling of corporate training programs, contributing to process efficiency, excellence in the internal customer experience, and compliance with Human Resources operations and policies.

Key Responsabilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling (kick-off, behavioral, and wrap-up interviews) across North America, supporting recruiting teams and hiring managers throughout the organization's hiring process.
  • Manage North America pre-onboarding activities, ensuring an efficient and seamless integration experience for new hires.
  • Execute contractor-to-employee conversions for North America.
  • Support the creation of recruitment requisitions across all regions (North America, Latin America, Europe, APAC, and IMEA), validating and supplementing requisition data, assigning approvers and recruiters, and submitting requisitions for approval.
  • Monitor and assign unemployment claim requests from former North America employees to HR Partners, ensuring timely review and follow-up.
  • Create payment requisitions and process vendor invoices for North America across the following HR functions.
  • Monitor and route requests received through the North America Talent Acquisition mailbox to recruiters, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Monitor and manage employee requests submitted through the MyHR Portal General Cases service for North America, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate handling of employee inquiries
  • Prepare and submit HR administrative and compliance reports for North America in accordance with regulatory requirements and applicable local laws, including the EEO-1 Report, California Pay Data Report, Onboarding Report, Education Report, and Vesting Credit Report.
  • Coordinate the creation of annual corporate leadership training cohorts in CEL (Career Essentials Learning), as well as schedule and organize training sessions for participants.
  • Support the Legal department with the posting and management of job opportunities requiring visa sponsorship or work authorization sponsorship.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and MyHR Portal knowledge articles related to processes managed by the Talent Administration team.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar or equivalent experience;
  • Language Proficiency 
    • Understanding, speaking, reading and writing English (required)
    • Understanding, speaking, reading and writing Spanish (a plus);
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience;
  • Experience working in a shared services/customer service environment;
  • High orientation and experience with HR systems and processes (preferred);
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion;
  • Committed to continuous improvement;
  • Demonstrates attention to detail;
  • Customer service oriented.
