Maintenance & Reliability Engineer Ritterhude (m./f./d)

Purpose

Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.

Develop the Continuous Improvement activity according to the Strategy of the Company and achieve the goals defined for Maintenance Department and Ritterhude Plant.

Following the managerial style in directing subordinates and in delegating responsibilities through his own behaviour towards his superior, colleagues and subordinates, according to the management principles of Lubrizol Deutschland GmbH.

Following the quality, environmental, energy and safety policy of Lubrizol Deutschland GmbH and showing on full commitment to the Quality and Environment Management System.

Contribution (Business/Technical/Support)

Execution and organization of all maintenance activities to keep the machinery and technical systems, the equipment, and tools in a proper condition for ensuring a perfect production scheduling in accordance to the following aims:

• Reduction of downtimes and breakdown times because of insufficient maintenance
• Technical improvement to reach the highest quality standard
• Analyzing costs and effectiveness of maintenance
• Optimal point of time for maintenance and repair works

Management of the OT network in Ritterhude

Reliable OT network and sufficient Cybersecurity

Coordination of third parties on site to ensure safe execution of projects and maintenance work

Carrying out individual assignments which result from operational necessity and which are commensurate with duties if instructed to do so by the superior.

If required, participation at the annual physical inventory.

Expertise / Knowledge / Skills

• Completed vocational training preferably as metalworker, chemical worker, electrician or similar professions
• Additional training/education as Foreman or in Chemical, Process or Manufacturing Systems Engineering or similar qualification
• 3 years of experience in his vocational training in an industrial or chemical occupation
• 3 years of experience in guiding employees
• Profound English skills
• Profound Computer skills
• Profound technical knowledge including process engineering and procedures
