     ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

This role is accountable for partnering with people leaders to identify, attract and acquire high-performance workforce to strengthen organizational capabilities in company focused areas.

 

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Acts as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to people managers in understanding business needs and providing consultancy in all talent acquisition aspects, including policy, process, technology, and best practices, etc.
  • Performs full-cycle talent acquisition activities from requisitioning stage to onboarding (pre-start) stage in compliance with global recruiting & staffing process and policy, ensures that vacancies are filled, tactfully achieving KPIs in terms of quality, speed, and cost
  • Collaborates with Leveraged Services team seamlessly in onboarding the offered candidates
  • Keeps up with trends of the relevant talent market, utilizes market insights to facilitate people leaders in formulating attraction strategy for specific talent needs
  • Creates and maintains a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process
  • Leads the talent acquisition campaigns through internal and external channels, i.e. WeChat, LinkedIn, etc. to promote Lubrizol employer brand
  • Maintains positive relationships with local universities and leads the campus recruitment activities based on business needs
  • Administrates regular job postings at China-based job boards and WeChat in cooperation with API (Application Programming Interface) vendor
  • Participates in talent acquisition related projects

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience dedicated in talent acquisition related field
  • Experience in HR system, such as SAP, SuccessFactors is a plus
