PURPOSE:

  • Primarily responsible for administrative support to Business/Function directors
  • Provide administrative support to business teams when needed
  • Primarily responsible for administrative support to Business/Function directors and business team.
  • Provide support to marketing and sales teams when needed.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Plan, budget and schedule business travels and make travel arrangements as well as agenda;
  • Handle and track expense reimbursement;
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of the organization and provide proper assistance/information
  • Receive visitors, take full charge of visiting agenda, including setting up appointments, ground transportation, hotel booking, entertainment, etc.
  • Organize team events

 

  • Support development and execution of marketing communication materials include but not limit to literatures, press release, videos and other documents.
  • Assist organization of tradeshow, customer events, technical seminars required by both business unit and market segments.
  • Provide support on systems to sales team, incl. rolling forecast system, Vendavo, CMRP, etc.
  • Assist in projects as assigned by line manager
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Major in English Literature and Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years solid working experience in a MNC secretarial area

 

Skills:

 

  • Highly results-oriented
  • Willingness to take challenges and can work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills;
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English;
  • Demonstrated ability of organizing events/large conferences 
  • Good command of MS office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
